GREEN HAVEN, a wooden house on
pillars, nestles on the highest dune in Vermont and overlooks a
green belt. There are spectacular sea and mountain views. During
the Whale season these incredible animals can be spotted from the
balcony running the full length of the house.
The house is very private and
guests can relax and at the cocktail hour to view incredible
sunsets.
During the wet, cold winters, you can meditate watching the
glowing embers in the indoor fireplace.
The closest beach can be reached by walking 1km or driving to
ONRUS – the next village 4km away.
Green Haven is 11 km from HERMANUS, the WHALING CAPITAL of South
Africa.
All 4 bedrooms have ¾ beds with small safes in 2 bedrooms. The
kitchen is fully equipped with stainless utensils, fridge/freezer,
conventional stove, microwave oven, coffee percolator, as well as
cutlery and crockery.
One bathroom has a bath, the other a shower. The house is
equipped with an alarm system connected to armed response. Parking
for 4 cars is available on the property.
